Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. Client may terminate the Agreement (“Cancellation”) by providing Photographer with notice no later than 7 days prior to their session with no additional fees. Or reschedule the Services (“Rescheduling”) by providing Photographer with notice no later than 3 days before the original date of the Services (the “Minimum Notice”) with no additional fees. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is not relieved of any payment obligations associated with Cancellations and Rescheduling list below in the Refund clause.      Rescheduling. In the event of Rescheduling, Photographer will use reasonable efforts to accommodate Client’s change. If Photographer is not able to accommodate Client’s change despite using reasonable efforts, the parties agree that such Rescheduling will be deemed as a Cancellation by Client and that Photographer will be under no obligation to perform the Services other than on the original date of the Services. Refund. Client acknowledges and agrees that Services cancelled prior to 7 days of session will result in a $50 booking fee. All other fees paid will be refunded. If services are cancelled less than 7 days but greater than 4 days will result in a 75% refund of session fees minus the non-refundable deposit & consultation fee. If cancellation occurs 4 days or less of session will result in a 25% refund of session fees minus the non-refundable deposit & consultation fee.
